it is uk easter at the weekend, which i do not celebrate, but i think brits are really missing out for not boiling eggs in pantyhose prisons with onion skins and cabbage leafs and beetroot, intricately decorated with an assortment of leaves...
also while hunting for chocolate is good for little ones' sense of curiousity and the satisfaction of victory, i think it's super detrimental to the upbringing of these children that they do not get to smash their adult peers' coloured eggs to smithereens with their (poorly disguised, obviously) wooden eggs.
easter is about egg violence.
