left to right:
- a high-end 35mm camera, 1940, with a 50mm f/2.0 lens

- a high-end 35mm camera, 1994, with a 50mm f/1.8 lens
these all use the exact same film and have roughly comparable lenses. why'd cameras get so frickin BIG. and they stayed that way! this photo was shot on a modern digital camera that's pretty much the same size as the 1nRS when you put the vertical grip on it
