i hate how literally every courier service will say "expected delivery today" up until the very last minute even when it's blindingly fucking obvious that they did not bother putting it on the truck
fedex is the worst about this bar none (have on multiple occasions had them say "expected today" when the package was in new mexico (i am in california)) but today ups is doing it to me. admit you fucked up dammit
they have now scanned the package at a distribution center at 6 PM on the day they're still saying it will be delivered. the fucking audacity honestly
i could walk to where the package is and get it and come back sooner than Monday. come on. also great use of the passive voice there guys way to concede responsibility
