ISO standard fire lizard

provides +12V and -3V supplies, breaks the four digital inputs out to a pin header at the top left so I can hook my 'puter up, exposes those four inputs as well as the three analog channels coming back from the CCD on BNC connectors so I can plug my oscilloscope right in. I'm fairly confident I know basically how to drive the CCD by now but we are gonna test every piece of this system in isolation darn it
