Vclamp1 doesn't have to be very accurate for the circuit to work (200 mV tolerance at least) so that can probably just be a trimpot for now, and then I can set up the offset voltages with a pair of DACs and the op-amp gains with a pair of digipots. funnily enough i've ended up with pretty much the same architecture the LS-8000's original ADC uses internally
gave it the very scientific "does it break when i put a 100 pF capacitor anywhere i think it might be annoying" test and the answer is "mostly no but do be careful with the OPA355's feedback loop", which i'm not surprised by since that's currently responsible for a 42x voltage gain
