have any of you been defrauded on ebay before. how much of an asshole should i be about this? i feel that i am entitled to a refund1 but i'm not sure whether it is better to send a "hey uh maybe you don't know that people care that these aren't the same thing but i sure do" email to the seller, send a "hey dickweed you scammed me are you gonna fix it or am i going to have to show these pictures to ebay" email to the seller, or just go straight to ebay about it
1this ink cartridge cost me several burritos, and i have heard the printer i'm going to put it in can be picky about 3rd party ink and the worst case is i ruin my >$1,000 print head. plus ya know it ain't what was in the picture
