the cheap pizza i ordered1 today proudly proclaims on the box that it is made with “real cheese,” which i assume means they found it on the side of el camino
1i had a coupon for a free medium pizza (roughly a $16 value) which after adding enough other stuff to go over the delivery minimum, plus driver tip, resulted in me paying about $23 out of pocket. i suspect we both lost on this transaction
this is, bar none, the most work i've ever put into a print - and it's digital, and not even a print of my own photo!
we have had so much computer advancement in the past 20 years a 300 megabyte PNG should not still be a Cursed Object. even when I am accessing these on the network drive from the computer that's not on the 10 gigabit LAN I feel like we could do better than "hangs file explorer when I mouse over one"
(and even worse the 300 MB images are step one here...)
i spent a damn hour trying to get these to scan properly on my flatbed and then eventually said the hell with it and blasted through the whole roll on my 5DSR in about ten minutes and they look mint. i am going to put that scanner into the garbage
