Today I'm gonna give some of the electrical stuff a look-over, take another shot at replacing the serp belt (stuck bolts smh :/// ) and we'll see what else! I've got a new o-ring waiting for me at the parts store, and I'll try replacing the dome light bulb with a nice LED one while I'm there! Oh yeah, maybe I'll also disconnect the rear sway bar until I can get the new one in so the broken bit will stop making bad noises.

...and now I have to figure out how to get the stud out....

Thank god for handing me an easy W with the Miata today. All it took to get the cruise control working was putting in a $5 fuse for the ABS this time. One more step closer! 😭👍
...in the mean time, I've found out that this "no rust" car also has rust flaking the paint off the rocker panel, and some metal out of the undercarriage right next to it. Slapped some aluminum tape over it for the time being while I pray it won't be too awful to address 🥲
Now guess what idiot doesn't have squealing engine belts or loose carpet or a detached bumper strut anymore
