I have a built an Orphan Feeding Machine to feed hungry orphans, a big problem in my society.
Unfortunately, due to a design flaw, the machine habitually beheads every single orphan that it tries to feed.
However, there are so many hungry orphans that need to be fed, so I am choosing not to turn off my Orphan Feeding Machine. We can't just let them starve.
