does it not bother anyone else that steam tags mean almost nothing? people will slap the "souls-like" tag on something difficult because it's funny, "free to play" is a tag, and god forbid you played something cute and gay and now steam thinks you want to see some malegaze porno shit because you can force two girls to kiss in the latter, so they're both tagged "lgbtq+"

I find in practice I'm more interested in "are the people who made this queer" than "is there technically queer representation somewhere in it," but I realize that has its own host of problems
that's a better measure probably, but there's still other issues with the tagging system (many of which come down to "people trying to be funny") and it suuuucks
