I find myself picking up a new rhythm game every time I can reliably s-rank the "hard" songs on the old game but can't break into the "really hard" ones.

You should play Thumper it’s really good
I wanted to like Thumper. I WANTED to like Thumper! But I don't like how the levels are incredibly long and have checkpoints. 2-6 minutes, live or die sits better with me than 15-30 broken into little chunks.
Game is really cool though. I should go back and see how I feel today.
Incredible mood on the hard rank stuff. idk about you but once I hit my personal skill ceiling I lose motivation to specifically try to improve it, hah. I guess if I ever actually formally did voice training it might end the same way x.x
Have you tried Super Crazy Rhythm Castle? if not I have been trying it with friends will say some of the rhythm challenges are fun, while others are just really really extremely awful.
