One of the 'upsides' of the pandemic was how with everyone masking, viral transmission of everything went down. Wish we could've kept that part
I've never been questioned on my mask wearing, thankfully, but if I did I would point to the fact that I haven't had a cold since 2020, not that that's a 100% guaranteed way to help, but if covid completely disappeared tomorrow somehow, I'd probably still mask up more often than not.
they're uncomfortable for me but i'd rather wear one than not in certain situations (dysphoria, crowded spaces, hospitals, etc)
If I ever go to a convention again the thing is staying on the whole time
