big same! i find it so much easier to make friends here because it's so much less likely the average choster will bite your head off for saying "hi i like your shirt"
true!! i don't feel on edge when trying to talk to new people here.
i wonder if part of it is due to the lack of numbers. in my experience, it's easy to see a high follower count and assume "oh, this person is Important and Busy! i don't want to bother them." and that leads to fewer people talking to each other. having no numbers seems to reduce the chances of that happening.
i think you're pretty likeable and fit in with the folks here!
