say someone were making a static webpage and say it was desired to be able to "upload" (for lack of a better term) a lot of images to said webpage. storing those images online in a database is out of the question, probably. the next best thing, in my head, would be indexedDB? would that be a silly approach? i'm not keen on just using file paths for them since i'd like it to be possible to do things in between sessions, and maybe you move files around every now and then (a cardinal sin, for certain, but one that must be taken into account)
