i hate the texture of it, the only use i've ever found for it is frying it a lot in brown butter to give it some crunch and at that point if you can only be pan fried are you even a pasta. no you're a potato cake
what do you mean some crunch?? are you eating raw gnocchis? gnocchis are soft and pillowy!!
they are soft and pillowy in a BAD way that i DISLIKE so i need to make them NOT soft and NOT pillowy. hence crunch

it fails to hold any sauce but it SOAAAKS up any goddamn liquid in anything its droppepd into and somehow retains 0 flavor i hate hr
