Pushed so much to get to Shining Glitter Cookie's song and it's like... citypop-rock, yesssss
I'm kind of mixed on the rhythm songs this time around... not on content, obviously they aren't going to be as punchy as ultra-produced BTS, more the length. The songs are only about 90 seconds or so, only verse runner steps and then chorus notefall steps. 90 seconds is not a bad range for a stage in a normal rhythm game, but given the BTS songs were 2.5-4 minutes I expected a little more meat. They made full versions of these songs too so it's not like the stepcharts couldn't be there.
And props to the writers on the localization team. Mangosting and WERETOFLOW are some inspired puns
