I don't know shit about isekais but I got a shitpost idea I'll never get around to fleshing out well. There's so many out there that the idea's probably been done. Has anyone had a story concept in which an adult realizes that people are being killed or put into comas in order to transport them to a fantasy world purely to bolster numbers for a war/the bad guys in the fantasy world
So like it's common that the bad guys do things like go after kids/teens since they would be dumb enough to believe "I'm in a magic world of whimsy! I'm the main character who knows all!" when they really wind up growing up in a different world to be used as a meat shield and can't go back
