New GCL finalist vid dropped, thought I'd watch it to get some pointers on how the top dogs do it. I'm good at most things in the game, but I never got past round 3 of GCL. Next year, that changes.
Watching this was like having my 3rd eye open. The Lobster tech. THE LOBSTER TECH. Holding slide to charge your super and sliding offscreen to let go just right before death to launch back up is galaxy brain shit. Storing the supers to maximize their usage and make up for missing rainbow jellies at that speed is nuts. I wish I could practice this stuff outside of playing PvP on high tier scales.
After the next legendary drop and I see how much that takes to level, I'm still going to funnel everything into maxing my last legendary treasure and then I burn all my gems on crystals to powerlevel legendaries as best I can. Not having a maxed Abyss Monarch is killing my PvP scores. Outside of spending for costume pulls and monthly lobbies/costumes, I can get 10k crystals every few days, so roughly level a legendary cookie once every 4 days or so. If only the legendary is dropping next week then I'll have enough of the cookie/pet potion stockpile to continually autolevel new rare cookies for free.
They took away my stockpile I built for the last 4 years with various update changes draining all my resources dry. I will make another one.
