the P4 she/her mod has been really fun, both as someone who hasn't played this in almost 20 years and for seeing the changes. they've been overall pretty minor so far but show a lot of effort compared to most mods like this
like morooka says when introducing you to the class "you boys better not be messing with her" and my wife and i joked "diversity win your shitty high school teacher" etc but then he adds "or you girls with him. whatever. hard to tell with that uniform"
and when chie asks if you find yukiko cute you can respond "but i'm a girl" (instead of vanilla "i'm not sure") and she replies "oh, yeah, that's true. still dodging the question though" which is a totally different line
