clays are a really fucking weird species. they are most closely related to rodents and are mammals, however clays can be shaped like humans or animals. that is because their ancestors used to seduce and mate with other species to take their dna and assimilate helpful characteristics into their genome. however, most clays have evolved to look pretty human because of humans becoming the dominant species on their planet. all clays have eyes that glow in the dark. all clays have garbage stomaches full of grist and dirt and random objects. all clays can eat almost anything including metal and rocks and raw meat.
