a strange meadow

it's pretty unclear if I have POTS specifically or just generic dysautonomia which is weird lol
I can trace back some random symptoms earlier in my life but it wasn't really bad until I got covid like 3 or 4 times -- even tho I've been on hrt since early 2020. so I'm gonna say HRT probably didn't make things worse for me

the idea is that whenever I do my meds I write it in the book. we'll see if this ends up working but I'm hoping that making this notebook by hand will entice me to use it bc it'll give me dopamine when I use it

this is the first book I've bound and it was a huge learning experience but being rough around the edges makes it better to me :)
