raycasting engine gif dump

all gifs of my wolf3d-style raycasting engine in chronological order. mouse over for commentary

in the beginning there was red and cornflower blue then there was textures and lighting, oooooohh and then i added a spotlight entities are cool too sometimes what you need are large transparent red X walls entities that hang from the ceiling are neat do a bit of fizzle fade, why not add a vignette effect, dithered to stick to the retro flavor doors up in the house
