Library aide/cataloging assistant by day, tired old lady by night. I like to write, I like to draw, and I like to combine the two and create illustrated fiction. I also really like plants.
Found a new home for my cactuses that will hopefully shield them from my cat’s menace of a tail (all windows are her windows, but especially this one because it’s over my desk).
The panda plant’s still going to collect her fur, but at least that one doesn’t have spines
Heyyyyy I can post now. I’ve never been great at introductions, but here goes. My name is Beth and I’m a library aide and cataloging assistant at a research library. I see a lot of cool material going in and out of the stacks, and I hope to share some of it here every so often.
I also like to write and draw when I’ve got the spare time. Current project is an illustrated novella called Blythe vs. the Werewolf, which has unfortunately moved to the back burner since that spare time has been rare lately. I’ll likely post about work on that and other projects here, as well.
Expect to also see pictures of my ever-growing houseplant collection. Love me some peperomias and pothos. (I could not keep a polka dot plant alive to save my life, though.)
I have no idea what else to say except that mothman is the best cryptid.
