I'm not gonna pretend to be somebody who's been here for years, I only joined a few months ago, but I do wonder if the hailing of this site as "the replacement for tumblr" will lead to it's downfall, because people are clearly joining the site expecting it to have all the features and userbase of tumblr, and then they're upset when it's a different experience; and I don't fault them for that because I understand that they were told this site is "the new tumblr", but i have noticed that it's always bad for websites when they get a major influx of users who refuse to be patient and wait for the small group of devs to continue developing the site and implementing features [I watched this happen with Spacehey, and in a way, Everskies] and instead they just decide "this site sucks, it's missing features I want and the devs don't listen to me"
