So I was talking with @xkeeper about window sitters - those old programs with anime girls that sit on top of your Windows app menu bars. She couldn't remember where it came from, so I looked it up and found the old Otakuworld download link from 2001. https://otakuworld.com/index.html?/toys/preview/toys/awmul302.html

Looking at the page, I thought to myself - "who are these Elemental Soft people, anyway?" So I gave it a search, and I was surprised to find out that Elemental Soft had a homepage - and when I clicked, the last news posts were recent. Turns out they've kept going all the way from the 90s until now and they're still making desktop accessories. They have a line of 3D modelled desktop accessories, and their most recent release, in 2018, is a Kemono Friends-themed desktop toy. I really figured they wouldn't be around anymore.
