for once in my life i am actually compiling a list of games that look like they might be cool to speedrun. not as in "i really think this game looks like it has glitch potential so i guess i'll also reluctantly speedrun it" but actually just, like, speedrunning something, and having that be the point of it. been a very long time since that was my motivation
still mostly focusing on games that haven't gotten a lot of speedrunning attention. not because i feel a need to expand my collection of big shiny World Record trophies but rather because it seems like so much more fun to figure out a game that hasn't been hyper-optimized, where i can still work out some new things just from playing the game a few times and watching the existing runs
