that might be good. or i might just get in the habit of saying Yes to a notification and then forgetting. which is also something i'm good at and have literally done in the past for similar things meant to help me to remember. i'm really good at brain

yeah, i am not allowed to say Yes until i have swallowed the pill, and i've become pretty disciplined around linking these two things.

at some point the answer is just developing discipline around taking the meds and the only question is how you choose to develop it. this looks different for everyone and it's valuable to know what doesn't work for you on your path to figuring out what does

I literally have a channel in a small friend discord called #whit-meds and I post a pill emoji in there twice a day and if I forget my homies check in on me about it

I've also got a little thing that sticks to the side of the pill bottle with the days of the week on it and little switches next to them and I click a switch over whenever I take the pill

oh there we go, i just gotta set up a meds reminder discord and invite anyone who needs their meds reminded to join so we can all sit around reminding each other about meds. i'm supposed to be joking but i'm somehow not entirely opposed to this idea

i like the little switches on the bottle itself, might look more into that

same. i mean, i've been forgetting them every day since i started them but today was the first day where i remembered way too late

i probably do have to move away from the idea of never forgetting at all and just try to forget less. seems like the most productive way to make any kind of progress
