i love how cohost keeps notifications for deleted posts but changes it to say [no text] so you're constantly reminded of your shame
anyway if you ever see me delete posts just know it's because i had a massive anxiety spike that i didn't have the capacity to deal with and the only thing that would make it better is deleting. anxiety has been really, really fucking bad for me lately
