i don't know yet how i will be using cohost, maybe it'll be more of my long form discoursey thoughts since the attitude here seems to be more conversational than tumblr and less condescending than mastodon, but i also don't have a good grasp on the site culture yet aside from externally linked essays i've seen and some shitposts and discourse about night mode, so i don't know! but i am here and i want to try to actually use this site unlike my abandoned mastodon.
tumblr and kind of neocities (it is abandoned because i deleted everything off my computer for space for bg3 since i couldnt afford an external harddrive but then my backup of my neocities didnt save right and bg3 updated to be too big for my computer so now i have neither bg3 nor my site. we'll see if i revive it) are my only sites i use, unless u count discord which some people do for some reason. i guess kind of tiktok but i mainly use that to occasionally rant about whatever "booktok" book i decided to give a shot that week. i also used to have a substack for my long form essays but i stopped writing those much.
so tl;dr i dont know what i'm doing here yet, but i really like the way this site is made and want to explore it
