I do not like fidget toys.
There's too many options. Too many switches, too much momentum. And yet my body and brain latch onto 'fidgeting'.
Scribbling in notebooks, taking pens apart and putting them back together. Doing origami.
My brain tends to coalesce into a miasma, which is difficult. Today it's quite obvious that I'm not as regulated as I'd like to be, and that causes me to have even more of those fidgety tics.
I guess it's a short post today, as I need to shut my brain off.
Random idea based on fidget toys:

lack of hold
pulling on the different strings
different molds
instituting order where I
can't perform
