Goodness, I'm the same way. It basically takes a landmine in the form of my special interests to make me post something.

I think I have the opposite problem where I treat social media like a mental external hard drive and drop every dumb thought on it to keep it stashed away.
see to me it seems much more effort to post something than to just....let it fade..or distract myself. i've got a super healthy coping strategy i swear :upsidedown:
Same sometimes. Plus I think of things that might be good topics, then just shy away from posting about them. Trying to get better haha.
