trying L-Theanine with my coffee because I've been bugged by three people to try it. by which I mean I'm taking one 200mg caplet a day and still taking coffee
immediate effects: less coffee cravings, and my vision and thoughts feel sharper than they were. I can focus on more than one thing at a time without missing much, if anything, from a second thing. at three I start losing things, but I think that's normal for anyone
this could be placebo but if so, it's a hell of a placebo. I'm hoping this might be a path to finally being able to think right again
