Keeping up with our villains, we've got Javis! This one qas actually done far after my initial spree of these portraits cause I had lost some of my motivation at that point (which also means that Verena's portrait isn't even done yet), but hey! It's The Guy!! One of my favorite villains in a while, I hope he blows up.
