watching the same people behind OpenFeint repeatedly create products over a decade that are briefly in the right place at the right time, then seemingly become their greatest enemy for said product and promptly run it into the ground, without fail, every time, leaves me with a feeling I don't know how to describe
Seeing "openfeint" is sort of like that Zelda "you recovered a memory" experience for me, because I didn't use it but I swear I remember hearing about that at the time
Yeah, it's starting to fade into only a memory for me as well, lol. I remember seeing mobile games back then having it embedded cuz it was an easy way to let people earn achievements during those early days, but when Apple and Google both made Game Center and Play Games respectively I never saw it used again. XD
