Today's dungeon is based on nothing in particular, certainly nothing that affected me greatly today.

Signal Jammer: Within this room, all signals (including divine/patron/familiar connections, concentration, etc) are jammed and will not function. The party must defeat the monsters within under these conditions to escape.

Started doing dungeon-a-day again now that it's April (think I'm gonna stick with one month every quarter). Here's some neat ideas I've come up with so far.

April Fool: A perfectly ordinary room filled with pressure plates, tripwires, conspicuous chests, and alcoves for things to hide in. There are no monsters and no traps, just paranoia.

Bath Bomb: A long room mostly filled with hot water. Party must swim across to the other side while "boulders" drop into the pool from above. Once a certain number are dropped in, the water starts to become acidic, dealing more and more acid damage each time a new "boulder" falls.

Doggy Daycare: A room with 4 cages and 4 canines (hellhounds, dire wolves, worgs, etc). The party must somehow get the dogs into their kennels while being "played with".

I heard second-hand about a cool "design a dungeon a day" challenge that seemed really sweet. Anyone else heard about it or is doing it? From what I understand, the purpose is to make a new room in the dungeon each day so you end up with 365 rooms at the end of the process if you keep up with it. And if you don't, you still have a nice-sized dungeon to run.
