Running through the leadup to Shadowbringers again and it still blows my mind how fucking good it is. Literally my favourite stretch of patches in the game. Which is funny because they come directly after my least favourite stretch of patches in the game.

Yeah, this!! Those patches got me so hooked. It did that by giving me a metric fuck ton of anxiety, but still! Hooked!
It's so distressing when you have absolutely no idea what the fuck is happening. I also like how much it strengthened the friendship between Alisaie and the Warrior of Light for people who didn't do Coils.

Hey, that's me!! And I totally agree. She went from "Hmmm, she's cool but I don't understand why people love her so much" to "OH GODS I MUST PROTECT THIS GIRL WITH MY LIFE." I love how much those patches gave us insight into her anxieties.
