Today in D&D my players used Speak with Animals to convince a bug to bite a dude on the neck to make him raise his voice at a dragon. Who then proceeded to use his breath weapon on him. They then used Crown of Madness on the same guy, who proceeded to roll a natural 1 on his attack roll on the dragon. So he fell off the ledge he was standing on and died.
