I have purchased a product called “ginger coffee” from the corner shop. It consists of “Dry Ginger, Black Pepper, Cumin Seed, Coriander, Cloves, Coffee Powder, Cardamom, Jaggery and Palm Jaggery” and boy howdy does it have a kick to it.
Jaggery is unrefined cane sugar, as it goes.
